ABOUT ME

You can take the girl out of the jeannie bottle but you can't take the jeannie out of the girl. What am I trying to say? Once you have experienced the magic of Palm Springs you will turn into Barbara Eden. No....just kidding, you will keep coming back or just move here like my husband and I did in 2016. 

Growing up I was a huge fan of I dream of Jeannie, Bewitched, Get Smart and other 60s TV shows, enamored with the color, silliness, fashion, cars, architecture, interiors, music and just the overall lifestyle. I was obsessed, I wanted to be there! I started wearing liquid eyeliner and designing my life around this idea, a nostalgic return to this creatively explosive time in history that epitomized  FUN,  FREEDOM and GREAT DESIGN

Palm Springs is like a time capsule where you get to experience some of that fabulous Lifestyle from the heyday of The American Dream

Optimism and Color live on through the beautiful architectural designs that engulf you and the city with indoor outdoor homes of glass and steel, where man made design and nature live in harmony.  It is a mid century lovers paradise with more homes of that era than anywhere else in America. Even going to the bank becomes a special moment due to the preservation efforts by groups of dedicated enthusiasts who have fought off the destruction of historically significant buildings.
